Grade A Tires
- • No BEAD DAMAGE, TWIST, and CURVE.
- • No PATCH and PENETRATION.
- • No BULGE.
- • No SEPARATION on BEAD, SIDE, and INNER.
- • No CRACK on BEAD, SIDE, and SHOULDER.
- • The WIRE should not be exposed.
- • Re-GROOVED casing is not acceptable.
Grade B Tires
- • Less than 10mm damage on rubber in bead area is acceptable.
- • (The wire must not be exposured).
- • SECTION REPAIR is not acceptable.
- • One PATCH or NAIL HOLE is acceptable.
- • The diameter of PENETRATION should be within 4mm.
- • No SEPARATION on BEAD, SIDE and INNER.
- • No CRACK on BEAD, SIDE and SHOULDER.
- • BEAD CRACK, BEAD SEPARATION, BEAD TWIST are not acceptable.
- • BULGE is not acceptable. It means the bounced sidewall because the steel code is broken.
Grade R1 Tires
- • No BEAD damage.
- • Other conditions are same as above.
